The 5 main health implications of Internet Addiction

    1. Posture and Tension:
When one user remain in a posture for a long time and only make small movements with their fingers and wrists will affect our bone structure.

    2. Breathing and Blood Circulation:
Long periods of shallow breathing will leave a lot of stale air in our lungs. Thus, the oxygen uptake from our lungs into our blood is reduced. It will cause our bodies and brain to be unable to function normally too.

    3. Digestive System and Skin Health:
By sitting down for too long, our abdomens is being compressed by hunching over ourselves. If our lymph is sluggish, our skin health is poor, our breath and body odour may stink and our pimples will be worse.

    4. What about the Electromagnetic Radiation?
You will get headaches from using the computer for too long. It is because radio waves are beaming into your skull which is not good for your health.

    5. What about Eye Health?
We should always look at things close to us and far away every few minutes. We should always rest our eyes by closing your eyes for a minute to relax it so as to prevent short-sightedness from happening.

The outcome of not taking care of your health and skin

    - You will smell bad
    - People will be afraid of going near you because you look dirty
    - Skins with tiny hairs will become covered with dirt and grime
    - You will easily fall sick or contract diseases
    - A possibility of death which happened in Singapore
    - Your teeth will rot from the inside out and then turn black
    - Bacteria in your mouth will make colonies and teeths will fall off

    3. Well-organised and good points. Do you have any case examples of relationship problems that can be caused by internet addiction?

      ReplyDelete
    4. Quite comprehensive in scope and with clear sub-headings and scannable structures.

However, discussion could include specific examples and case studies. Presentation could also incorporate multi-media elements.

You have provided some useful links at the bottom of the presentation. Consider how you can incorporate them more seamlessly into the presentation. You should not lift any materials and should learn to cite your sources appropriately. Be more original!

    21. Here in Australia, almost everyone has a contract with an Australian internet service provider. For me, the presence of technology can help a nation to progress. It's not the internet that is at fault on cyber addiction, it's the lack of discipline.
